Chris was a long time member of prog metal veterans, MYSTIC-FORCE (Siegen Records, Rising Sun Records, & CMFT Records). Baltimore based, MYSTIC-FORCE, recorded and released their own version of intense, high powered progressive metal. The band included Rich Davis on guitar, Keith Menser on bass, Bobby Hicks on vocals, and was later replaced by William Wren on vocals. MYSTIC-FORCE started out as a heavy metal cover band that played songs from all of Chris' favorite bands. Chris answered an ad that the band had placed in a local music store, and called for an audition. After playing many shows in and around the Baltimore area, and putting in some serious practice time with each other, they began to take it to the next level. The chemistry between them quickly had them dropping the cover songs, and creating their own music. In addition to their own releases, they proceeded to be featured on numerous tribute cd's, Compilation cd's, and shared the stage with such metal legends as Pantera, Fates Warning, Savatage, W.A.S.P., and Overkill, among others. Chris was also a founding member of the metal band, SHIFT (Nightmare Records), which also included Rich Davis on guitar. Chris has also recorded and performed with REIGNSTORM (Arkeyn Steel Records), featuring his brother, Jarrett Lembach on vocals, and BURN (Independent).
  Chris' parents have always been very supportive of his love for music. They started him on the drums, guitar, and piano when he was around four and a half years old, but it's the drums that stuck. He would just turn the guitar over and beat on it, as well as pots and pans or anything he could get his hands on. The drums have always been a part of his life. 
  Chris' first drumset was a 'Walt Disney Mickey Mouse' set, and then various toy sets after that one broke, until they got him his first real set of Ludwigs when he was in the sixth grade. Every year for Christmas and birthdays, Chris' parents would add on to his Ludwigs in some way. A cymbal here, a drum there, maybe a drum throne or sticks. it didn't matter, they were just encouraging him and feeding his passion. Chris is self taught on the drumset, however, he was in the school band, orchestra, and percussion ensemble from elementary school into high school. It was around that time, that Chris started playing with other musicians, and joining bands outside of school organized groups.


  
  Over the years, Chris has also been performing with a variety of metal and rock cover bands such as BURN, DEADLOCK, and most recently CORE, EVERYBODY WANTS SOME (Van Halen tribute band), and MOONBABY (Godsmack tribute band). He also has played for COLD & UGLY (Tool tribute band), THE STUFF, OH YEAH SURE, THE DAVE DEMARCO BAND, THE ATTITUDE, PHAIREN, NO APPARENT REASON, PENDULUM, THE CHARLES PARKER BAND, ACOUSTIC MOJO, and others.

  Chris continues to play music around his home town of Baltimore, with his bandmates in CORE. He also enjoy's playing in new musical situations whenever an opportunity presents itself. Whether it's in the studio, a side project, or a fill-in gig....the passion is still there! "It's a huge honor when someone asks me to fill in with their band for a show, that's alot of trust that there putting in me, and I take it seriously".
